2. Services described

This website is a presentation of services offered by Erewhile Digital (sole trader / freelance agency, Riga, Latvia). Services include website design & development, content production, video, CRM automation and AI integrations. All descriptions are informational; final scope and pricing are confirmed in a separate written agreement.

3. Inquiries & quotes

Submitting an inquiry form does not constitute a binding contract. A project begins only after both parties have signed (or confirmed via email) an individual agreement or statement of work. Erewhile Digital reserves the right to decline any project without explanation.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, design and code — is the property of Erewhile Digital unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce or repurpose any materials without prior written consent.

5. Limitation of liability

This website is provided "as is". Erewhile Digital makes no warranties regarding uptime or uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of this website.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Riga, Latvia.

Erewhile Digital is a digital agency based in Riga, Latvia. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through this website.

We collect only the information you voluntarily submit via the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message / project description. We do not collect payment data, sensitive personal data, or any information beyond what you actively provide.

Your data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry. We do not use it for marketing without your explicit consent, and we do not share it with any third parties.

4. Data storage

Submissions are processed via FormSubmit.co and delivered to our email inbox. We retain your email correspondence for as long as is necessary for business purposes, and no longer than 3 years unless required by law.

5. Your rights (GDPR)

You have the right to: access your data, request correction or deletion, restrict processing, and lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (dvi.gov.lv).
