Erewhile Digital is a digital agency operating as a sole trader, based in Riga, Latvia. This policy explains how we collect and handle personal data through this website in compliance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Latvian data protection law.

5. Data processors
Form submissions are routed through FormSubmit.co, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered to our email inbox. FormSubmit processes your data solely to deliver the submission and does not retain or share it beyond that purpose. All email correspondence is stored within our standard email service.
6. Data retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for business purposes — typically for the duration of a project and up to 3 years after the last contact, unless a longer period is required by law.

You have the right to: access the personal data we hold about you; request correction of inaccurate data; request deletion ("right to be forgotten"); restrict or object to processing; receive your data in a portable format; lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija, dvi.gov.lv).
